SAMMY J, “MADE MY DAY!” From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain things I didn’t understand. His communication was consistent but not overwhelming. The process of purchasing a vehicle isn’t my favorite, but he made my experience easy and stress free. Ray, Kevin, Cody with service, Nick, the gentleman in service with a beard (forgot his name!), and Bill in finance did a fantastic job helping us out with buying a car that was recently traded in. Owen helped arrange for me to take it for a test drive. The whole process wasn’t without a few hiccups/delays, but we love our car and appreciate Tim Dahle Nissan working with us to negotiate a price, ensure the car is in great shape, financing answering all my questions and being fair, and making things right along the way. I called ahead for the oil change they had to reschedule, and while not in stock, Lindsay made sure 0W-16 oil was ready for me by the time I came in. Thank you!

I got an incredible amount of help from Leo and Jeffery. They didn’t pressure me to pull the trigger even after spending so much time with me and allowing me to test drive multiple cars. So friendly and assuring.

Went to Tim Dahle Nissan in South Jordan. Looked at the Pathfinders without having a cluster of sales personnel. We were able to take our time make a decision of what we wanted. Went into the sales room, looked around at who we could work with and chose a gentleman in the back working away. Walked up he greeted us very professional and very friendly!! Michael Cheadle knows the ins and outs of Nissan and WILL NOT PRESSURE you!!!! Asked what we were in the market for and treated us with the utmost respect!!!!
