SAM AND JEFF WERE AMAZING !!!!! I was surprised with a brand new car today and I was absolutely blown away by their service, support and help. It was my first time in the building and I was immediately blown away by everyone’s hospitality and enthusiasm. I felt so welcomed and celebrated when I was surprised with my brand new Nissan Kicks. If your buying a car, talk to Mitch. If you're servicing a car, pay attention! Google asked for an update, so here it is... Took my work van in for a lube, oil and filter with tire rotation. My wife had her car in earlier this week for the same and she noticed they didn't rotate her tires and called them on it. Same thing with me. No tire rotation even though it was invoiced. Called them on it, and the tech said the tires are too old and don't have enough tread left, and it was a safety issue. Tires are less than 2 years old and all have 6/32. Service writer and tech came out with depth gauge and proved they hadn't even looked at the tires... Said give them 15 minutes. Over an hour later they said they needed to replace 4 lug nuts as they were swollen. The whole time I see the van sitting in the bay without anyone touching it. Service writer came to get me saying it was finished and that they had to replace a lot more than 4 lug nuts... Nope only 4 were replaced. These techs don't seem to give a damn and will lie straight to your face!
