Excellent experience. Rick took the time to show me vehicles, let me test drive the vehicles that I was interested in, and even helped me connect my phone to the vehicle before I left. Jeffrey explained my purchase and lease options, and helped me understand how the dealership could assist with my current lease buyout. Robert reviewed all of the add on protections and helped me understand the benefits and warranties for each option. Bill was incredibly kind and funny and well prepared when it came time to sign all of the paperwork. He answered all of my questions and explained the different term options. I was very appreciative of their honesty, exemplary customer service, and professionalism. I have never felt more relaxed and cared for while purchasing a vehicle. It just made the ride home that much more satisfying. Thank you!
