I had a very difficult experience with this dealership from the beginning, both during the purchase process and with the service department, up until I met Marcus. He has been the first and only person there who truly showed integrity, compassion, and genuine care for me as a customer. I recently had an issue with one of my vehicle cameras that needed replacement, but due to some ongoing health challenges, I wasn’t physically able to bring my vehicle in before the warranty expired. Instead of dismissing me, Marcus took the time to listen, understand my situation, and advocate for me with the warranty team. Because of his efforts, the replacement was approved. Marcus is patient, professional, and actually explains things in a way that makes customers feel respected and valued. In a situation that had been incredibly stressful and frustrating, he was the one person who treated me with kindness and honesty. What stands out most is that Marcus already understands what it means to be a true servant leader. Even as a young man, he leads with empathy, integrity, humility, and a genuine desire to help people. Those qualities are rare, and they are exactly the reason he will go far in anything he pursues in life. Nissan is very fortunate to have someone like Marcus representing them. Wherever he goes next will be lucky to have him.

When my car unexpectedly started having problems shortly after getting onto the freeway I called Tim Dahle Southtowne’s service center. I spoke with Cesar and explained my predicament. He was able to get my car in for service immediately without my having to schedule an appointment, and even got me a rental to drive while they were working on it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and kept me updated on the progress. He was great to work with and made the whole process less stressful for me than it could have been. Tim Dahle Southtowne did a great job fixing my car and I am very pleased with the results. I will be taking my car to them from now on.
