2019 Nissan Sentra 2019 I was impressed with he level of care that was taken to make sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. Billy Brown was especially helpful in making sure that it was a car I liked was affordable for me, and last of all answered all of my questions in a way that made me feel like the choice was mine and was well informed. It was an exciting day and, I was never left waiting for that moment when I could drive off in my new car. I was lead to it. 2023 Nissan Rogue SL AWD 2023 Sadly a lady pulled out on to the road and totaled my first ever new car. 4 years and 1 month later I need a new vehicle again. I knew who I trusted and that was Billy Brown with Tim Dahle @ Southtown Auto in Utah. Before I went I found out as much about the new line up as possible. I found the Nissan Rogue SL AWD 2023 had a fantastic balance between Power and efficiency. with an overall average of 32 MPG and just over 200 HP this vehicle saves you gas while giving you power. The best part of the vehicle is the Pro Pilot Assist, it reads the traffic assists with steering and avoids collisions you cant see coming. I LOVE IT! 2026 Nissan Murano SV AWD 2026 For my birthday, I decided to switch to the Nissan Marano, the 2026. So far I have nothing but love this car for its responsiveness on the road and it’s ease of driving home to and from work on a long commute with the pro pilot assist system which handles congested traffic with ease requiring less driver input to stay in the normal flow. Heavily depending on the way you drive this car it can be really efficient. I have average 32 miles per gallon with this car or it can be consumptive depending on your way of driving it also depends heavily on whether or not you’re driving in a mountain or Canyon versus the flat freeway in a valley compared to the rogue the Marano is very spacious featuring tons of room in the driver and passenger space and more space side to side on the back row Tim Dahle Nissan has been very responsive with any issue that comes up during service and when I bought the car Tim Dahle himself said merry Christmas to my sales rep who let me know.
I was helped on Saturday May 29th by Porter, who did an amazing job of working with me to upgrade my 2023 Leaf base model to a 2025 Leaf SV. He was friendly, happy to help and ready to answer any questions I had about the process! I've shopped at this dealership for years so I pretty well knew a lot of the basics when it came to the process but it's always nice to have some help with it! Houston also helped me with the financing aspects and he was equally affable, generous and happy to help! There is a reason I continue to come here over any other many places I could go, from the garage, billing to the sales department this is bar none the best place to purchase a vehicle. *Additional Update I am back about a year later to get the newly updated model for the 2026 Nissan Leaf S+ and was helped this time by Rene, with the manager Braden who went above and beyond to work with me on my current budget to get the best deal! With the help of Bill in finance this was a great experience!

I had a very difficult experience with this dealership from the beginning, both during the purchase process and with the service department, up until I met Marcus. He has been the first and only person there who truly showed integrity, compassion, and genuine care for me as a customer. I recently had an issue with one of my vehicle cameras that needed replacement, but due to some ongoing health challenges, I wasn’t physically able to bring my vehicle in before the warranty expired. Instead of dismissing me, Marcus took the time to listen, understand my situation, and advocate for me with the warranty team. Because of his efforts, the replacement was approved. Marcus is patient, professional, and actually explains things in a way that makes customers feel respected and valued. In a situation that had been incredibly stressful and frustrating, he was the one person who treated me with kindness and honesty. What stands out most is that Marcus already understands what it means to be a true servant leader. Even as a young man, he leads with empathy, integrity, humility, and a genuine desire to help people. Those qualities are rare, and they are exactly the reason he will go far in anything he pursues in life. Nissan is very fortunate to have someone like Marcus representing them. Wherever he goes next will be lucky to have him.
I believe that I got a good price for the vehicle I purchased, but I have to amend this review. Based upon the Post 👨🎨 sale interactions that I’ve had. I think many of you who buy a car, possibly don’t like going to the dealership. They don’t find it fun like I do. What they’re looking for is a process that’s not overly difficult and they want transparency so there’s no surprises. I’ll have to tell you first of all, when you buy cars like Chevrolet or Ford or Nissan and not cars like Lexus Cadillac Acura, etc., you should expect the dealership not to be five star. I know this sounds unreasonable, but that’s just the fact. It is important to note also that I think the dealership deserves a nine out of 10 because they did meet almost all of my expectation and delivered almost everything that I was promised with the exception of one thing When I was buying the car (let me say that I might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but I’m also not), I was told at least two times that at this dealership they include the first year of oil changes for Free. This is a common thing, especially among these dealerships to include Chevy and Ford. I have purchased a new Ford explorer and a new Chevy Silverado since I’ve lived in Utah, and that is what was included in the price and it was oil changes entire rotations for one year which meant three oil changes. Or approximately 15,000 miles. So I guess I didn’t look over the financial disclosure as closely as I had originally thought and I found a charge on there for $189 after the fact, which was basically for three oil changes. Of course it’s probably amounts to like $.88 a month for 72 months but when you’re told that you’re supposed to get three oil changes and tire rotations when you buy the car, that’s what you expect. So I basically went back to finance and had them pull that off of my financial disclosure and credit me back the money Indeed, when I contacted the sales manager, I was told that this is not the case and they do not include oil changes for the first year. So either I was having an off day or, there is some confusion at the dealership about what they actually do offer or they use this as a sales pitch and added to your financial disclosure. Anyways, thought it was something that the people of Utah might like to know.
